Design Manager- Airports

One of the world’s leading project and program management consultancies in Oman is urgently seeking a Design Manager to join their airport projects team. 

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Work with concept design and development teams
•  Perform, review and coordinate all architectural design and field construction management efforts
•  Manage the production of construction issue documentation
•  Provide technological input and advise
•  Ensure the design development incorporates and in compliance with the design specifications
•  Work with concept design and development teams

Desired Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience within the Industry including exposure to multi-cultural and international companies.
•  Project / design management, coordination, presentation, and conceptual supervision
•  Experience in design and supervision of various architectural and engineering disciplines.
•  Experience in the design and construction of Airport Projects
•  Experience in the design, fabrication and construction of Facade, Roof and Ceilings systems.
•  Experience in design, fabrication and construction of Building Steel Structure
•  Computer literate with experience in various computer software packages including Autodesk Programs (AutoCAD & Revit), 3D MAX, Adobe Programs (Acrobat, Photoshop & Premier), and all Microsoft Office Programs.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

•  Degree in architecture or other related discipline
