Summary of Project Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage their internal A/E team on a significant hotel project in Dubai, UAE. The successful applicant will be from an Architecture background having managed 5* Hotel projects previously, either in the UAE, Middle East or Globally.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Leading internal engineering and architecture team on site and office based.
- You will be involved with direct client liaison.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Extensive architecture experience, working on hotel projects of a similar scope.
- Experience of project managing 5* hotel projects either in the Middle East or Globally.
- Previous internationally renowned hotel brand experience is advantageous but not essential.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- A degree or equivalent in Architecture is essential for this.
