Recruitment Director
Steve is responsible for Maxim Recruitment in the UK and Canada. He is based in the Maxim head office in Leicester, UK and the Toronto office in Canada. He regularly travels to meet employers and job seekers and attend construction industry networking events in the UK, Canada and worldwide.
Steve has over 25 years of experience in construction and property recruitment and enjoys working with many repeat clients. He manages dedicated search and headhunting assignments for a range of premium UK, Canadian and international clients.

Richard Poulter
Recruitment Director
Richard has worked in the construction recruitment industry for over 20 years. Before this, he spent 15 years in the construction industry working as both a civil engineer and construction project manager.
He is based in Hong Kong and is responsible for Maxim Recruitment operations in Hong Kong, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

Daria is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with day-to-day responsibility for researching, shortlisting, contacting, and interviewing premium construction industry candidates. Daria helps job seekers in the construction industry find exciting new construction jobs with our market-leading employer clients. Daria is based in the UK but regularly visits Canada and has responsibility for premium client vacancies in both the UK and Canada.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Nilam is a Graduate Recruitment Consultant based in the Maxim head office in Leicester, Leicestershire. She is responsible for managing the UK and international construction disputes division at Maxim. Nilam researches, headhunts, shortlists, and interviews premium construction dispute professionals and places them with our premium and often exclusive construction dispute employer clients in the UK and around the world.

Debbie Hezlewood
Office Manager
Debbie Hezlewood is the Office Manager at Maxim Recruitment and provides executive-level administrative and operational support. She is instrumental in executing efficient internal systems and procedures to support the recruitment consultants at Maxim. Debbie is also responsible for the Maxim candidate database and the uploading of job descriptions to the Maxim website and other portals.
Debbie ensures the smooth running of daily operations to ensure our customer service standards are always met.

Specialist Recruitment Consultant & Resourcer
Katie is a specialist resourcer, supporting Maxim consultants in the UK, Canada and Hong Kong offices to shortlist and approach candidates for premium client vacancies. She has a strong understanding of recruiting across the construction industry, in particular for Construction Claims, Dispute and Expert Witness specialists, Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Programme Managers, Programme Directors and Project Managers.
Carol Moore
Marketing Manager
Carol Moore is the Marketing Manager for Maxim Recruitment. Carol's role is to create and manage marketing strategies to promote the Maxim brand to attract job applicants, new client employers and new Maxim employees. Her responsibilities also include management of Google listings, creating website content, managing our monthly newsletters and responsibility for our social media platforms.
Gabriela Medar
Business Development
Gabriela is based in the Maxim Vancouver office in Canada. She is responsible for new business development with premium construction organisations both in Vancouver, across British Columbia and across the whole of Canada. Gabriela enjoys networking and meeting new and existing Maxim customers who operate in the rail, civil engineering, infrastructure, and building construction fields.
