Steve is responsible for Maxim Recruitment in the UK. He is based in the Maxim head office in Leicester, Leicestershire and regularly travels to meet employers, job seekers and to attend construction industry networking events all over the UK. With over 20 years' experience in construction and property recruitment he works with a number of repeat clients and engages in search and headhunting assignments for a range of premium UK and international clients.

Many of the staff he has recruited over the years are now senior-level employers in London, Birmingham, Dubai, Hong Kong and other locations in the UK and worldwide. He enjoys ongoing relationships with some of the very best employers in the construction and property industry.
Steve specialises in recruiting Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Cost Managers, Quantum, Delay, Claims & Dispute Experts and Programme & Project Management professionals across the UK and internationally on a contingency and retained search assignment basis.
We are always looking for premium jobseekers from both the UK and elsewhere in the world to offer their specialist rail, infrastructure and building construction skills to our client employers.
Steve also spends time in the Maxim Recruitment offices in Toronto, Canada and in Hong Kong, where he recruits for major construction consultants, contractors and claims and dispute consultancies. He is therefore a good point of contact for UK based construction professionals seeking their first international job role in Toronto and other locations in Canada as well as for locations in Asia such as Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
