Assistant Quantity Surveying Manager

Project Details

You will be stationed in Chun Wo's Head Office in Lai Chi Kok and provide critical management support to a number of multi billion $$ projects across Hong Kong and overseas.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Assist Commercial /QS Manager to lead a team of QS professionals.
-Take the lead in contract administration functions and commercial aspects of single / multiple projects.

Desired Skills and Experience

6 years minimum relevant experience of which 2 years at SQS level, preferably gained from a main contracting organization;
Excellent knowledge of QS practice, contract administration
A Strong team player and able to work under pressure;
Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
Good command of English and Chinese.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

Degree holder in Quanity Surveying or related disciplines
Professional qualification in RICS / HKIS or equivalent
