This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work on a newly awarded large scale civil engineering project based in Hong Kong. You will be based within the Commercial & Contracts department, and will be site based for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Post contract administration
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing
- Review documentations and identify value variations
- Handle subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities
- Assist with budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.
- Any other Quantity Surveying related duties when required
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor ideally on civil engineering projects within Hong Kong
- Experience working on NEC contracts is an advantage but not essential
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -
- Strong I.T. skills
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree qualified in quantity surveying or equivalent
- Professional membership such MRICS/MHKIS is preferred but not essential
