Responsibilities and Duties

• Program manage a large scale infrastructure project
• Manage stakeholder engagement

Desired Skills and Experience

• Extensive heavy infrastructure experience in roads, bridges, drainage, excavation, backfill, utility networks & services
• Client focused
• Middle Eastern experience and spoken Arabic advantageous
• Excellent man management skills, interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written
• Excellent strategic planning skills

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree qualified Civil Engineer
