Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager they are vital to ensuring their section of the project runs smoothly from a commercial standpoint and they provide commercial and contractual advice to the site team when required.

They will also have responsibility for supervising Assistant Quantity Surveyors and will handle cost reporting and projections for the project from start to finish.
