Due to continued growth, a small but highly reputable London based construction disputes consultancy is seeking to hire a Lead Quantum Expert Witness.

Cultural fit, technical excellence and the ability to independently think, produce and deliver are the key qualities sought.

The business already boasts strong expertise, with Who’s Who Legal (WWL) recommended experts as well as future leaders. They would like to add an additional influential professional with experience of acting in the lead expert witness role for arbitrations and adjudications.

The successful candidate would need to demonstrate the capability to manage complex disputes processes, have a strong reputation and network with relevant legal firms, write high quality expert reports, testify and be cross-examined.

The successful person will be hired on a PAYE basis. Therefore, this position will not suit candidates wanting to be employed on a freelance or sub consultant basis through there own limited company. However, there is complete flexibility on working arrangements in terms of working less than the typical 5-day week, location and other factors including partnerships within the business if an appealing business case is made.

The key factor is that any potential candidate must be suitably motivated to help the company’s growth plans through delivering quality work and excellent services to its clients.
