About Site Engineers

Site Engineers plays an important role for the success or failure of any project. They are the front force of contractors, consultant companies or end users.

Site Engineers perform a technical, organisational and supervisory role on construction projects.  They work as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, surveyors and subcontractors, and sharing responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organisation and supervision of material and human resources.

There is a broad scope of sectors where Site Engineers can operate; including but not limited to Civil & Building Engineering, Property Development and MEP works.

Site Engineers may begin their careers on a graduate training scheme. After gaining enough experience, they can move on to a management role on site or at head office, such as Site Manager, Construction Manager and Project Manager.

Site Engineers are in great demand with jobs available to work on projects in as in Hong Kong, Macau and a number of parts of Asia, as well as in London, across the South East of England, across the UK and abroad in Middle East locations such as Dubai.
