Project Details
You will be based in client's HQ in CBD Sydney and work on a number of high profile build projects across the region.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparing and presenting tender submissions and client presentations
- Confronting issues openly and quickly
- Tactfully communicating information
- Delivering informative and well-organised presentations
- Raising our visibility through involvement in local industry organisations
- Ensuring compliance with QSE manual
- Leading business development initiatives for market sectors
- Providing clients with proactive, timely and quality services
- Providing added value services with solution driven service
- Exceeding client expectations at all times
- Provide accurate and timely cost planning advice
- Provide cost and commercial advice at all stages of the project development process and property life-cycle.
- Provide reliable cost, value and risk advice
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10 years plus of working experience
- Extensive knowledge of quantity surveying markets in NSW or VIC
- Proficient in CostX, BIM, MS Office
- Industry-specific training in contracts and procurements
- Well-developed IT skills and high levels of numeracy and literacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude to work, business and appearance
- Strong experience in cost planning and working in a cost consultancy
