Associate Director

Responsibilities and Duties

• You will be leading our existing key client relationships
• You will be creating new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market place
• You will be leading, developing and expanding the exceptional people in your team
• You will be managing and leading your cost management team on a wide variety of projects
• You will be accountable for performance
• You will display excellence in service delivery leadership

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong Quantity Surveying experience in the construction sector
• Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
• Strong cost planning experience
• Experience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services
• Client facing experience
• Strong Managerial skills
• Experience in using industry standard processes and systems

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline is desired
• RICS or membership of other relevant professional body is desired
