Associate Quantity Surveyor

A great opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor with 2 years’ experience to join a successful consultancy in central London.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across traditional PQS duties and work alongside experienced surveyors on a portfolio of bespoke building projects.

Project Details

Projects include the restoration of one-off heritage properties, the renovation of private schools, and construction of luxury homes for private clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support senior surveyors with cost plans, estimates, and tender documents
• Assist with measurement, take-offs, and valuations
• Contribute to contract administration and post-contract cost control
• Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors

Desired Skills and Experience

• Around 2 years’ experience in a PQS or consultancy environment
• Understanding of pre- and post-contract stages
• Strong numeracy, communication, and teamwork skills

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Progress towards MRICS welcomed and supported
