ATS Test Leader

Civil Engineering recruitment continues apace as a major global rail systems and engineering firm is looking for an energetic, forward thinking ATS Test Leader to join their team in Hong Kong and deliver multiple signaling projects with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in the field of design, engineering, installation and test & commissioning.

Project Details

You will be stationed in the client's HQ in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The ATS Test Leader will manage the testing deliverables from the contractor and interface with customers to deliver ATS system on time in several stages according to project milestones.

S/he will be the owner of the assigned part of test campaigns and accountable of the reliability of quality status. S/he will report to Project Commissioning Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

Reporting to the Project Commissioning Manager, the incumbent will :

1.Manage ATS contractors with the system called FAOTS to 

• Design and Develop test cases matching software requirements and use cases
• Executes integration test campaigns
• Checks the testability of architecture while they are specified
• Recommends priority and severity  levels on problems faced
• Manages the technical status of test platforms, is the referent of specific test  tools
• Specifies test tooling, validates deliveries
• Designs and  Implements test scripts 
• Contributes to defining workload estimate
• Reports progress
• Understands product objectives and content
• On time delivery for test procedures and reports

2. Maintain testing configuration and anomalies

3. Support or take lead for system acceptance test with other subsystem e.g. ATC and interlocking

Desired Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of experience in V&V or T&C for ATS subsystem

• Project scheduling processes experience is a plus

• Agility to juggle with schedules simulations and various scenarios

• Rigorous, structured and sense of anticipation

• Good Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker, multi-tasking mode

• Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment

• Willing to work in night shift or/and weekend subject to project need

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline
