Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform a full spectrum of Quantity Surveying duties
- Handle all contractual and commercial matters
- Audit final account
- Handle payments & claims approval
- Liaison & coordination with other departments providing commercial advice when necessary
- Manage and supervise a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Prepare and present relevant reports to Directors
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong
- Main contracting experience is preferred
- Staff management/supervision experience is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Strong IT skills
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Chartered status is an advantage
