One of the most exciting project management jobs in Hong Kong. A well established and highly regarded project management consultancy is looking to appoint a Construction Manager to supervise on behalf their client the concrete, structural steel, facades and internal finishes on a major hospitality project in Macau
Project Details
You will be available at short notice and be based in the client's project site office in Macau for the next 3-5 years.
Responsibilities and Duties
- On behalf of the client, oversee the contractor's work in the finishing to high grade concrete, complicated structural steel and facades and high grade internal finishes and A and A works .
- Provide technical support on design and site related matters.
- Coordinate the contractor, design consultants and suppliers to ensure materials compliance.
- Provide witness and review to fulfil the requirements of ITP's
- Provide support to HSE and quality management on the project.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 12 years experience in buildings construction including high grade fit out works and A and A works.
- Previous experience in fast-track hospitality projects in Macau
- Detailed understanding of Macau codes, best practices, and respective building code guideline
- Stakeholder Management
- Logistical Management
- Risk Management and Mitigation
- Previous experience in client or consultancy project management is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Cantonese

- Degree in a relevant discipline
