Employing Company Overview and Profile

The hiring organisation is a social enterprise responsible for the ownership and management of 10 buildings in the Hastings, East Sussex. As an organisation they focussed on adding social value to the town therefore a lot of their developments will relate to community lead projects.

The organisation is constantly adding to their portfolio of projects and working with local organisations such as the local council to continue to purchase and redevelop properties in the surrounding area for the benefit of the community. Therefore, this role could and should have more longevity than purely the 2 projects planned for redevelopment at present.

The client would be particularly interested in candidates who share their vision and are able to understand what they are trying to achieve and the constraints and implications of their funding model.
