Responsibilities and Duties

You will be:

  • Creating cost estimates and detailed cost plans
  • Pooling cost data centre sources
  • Market testing rates / bench marking in liaison with research and development

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Good understanding reasonable technical knowledge of building technology and construction processes, with residential focus/bias (ideally hire-rise). 
  • Exceptionally Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft exceptionally strong skills and experience in Excel cost X, CAD measure, bespoke measuring programmes and tools generally; and with good skills and ability in Outlook Email, Calendar, word.
  • The company is seeking applicants with proven experience, post-graduation, in cost planning experience in Cost Planning in a Client side role, but someone with some contractor experience may also be considered.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

  • Degree qualification or equivalent is desired
