The successful graduate cost consultant will work within a loan monitoring team supporting the delivery of cost and progress reporting services. Responsibilities and Duties

- Assisting with periodic site inspections and preparation of cost and progress reports
- Supporting project cost account reconciliation activities
- Assisting senior cost consultants with change order review analysis
- Helping to prepare lifecycle cost assessments under supervision
- Maintaining clear communication with internal team members and external stakeholders
- Assisting with data collection to support client reports and proposals
- Supporting the production of benchmarking reports for construction and development costs
- Managing project information and maintaining accurate cost records
