IT Support Analyst

Our client, a dynamic and forward thinking physical assets management and construction consultancy is seeking to appoint on immediate basis, an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide first line technical support and trouble-shooting on both hardware and software and other computer related services to end users across the Asia Pacific region 

Project Details

You will be stationed in their head office in North Point, Hong Kong Island. You will have strong customer service, communication, collaboration and project management skills and technical knowhow.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting
• Monitoring IT equipment status
• Taking responsibility for IT equipment procurement, delivery, installation, set-up and inventory
• Co-ordinating with vendors to resolve technical issues

Desired Skills and Experience

Candidates should also demonstrate a good understanding of:

• Experience in leading a helpdesk team
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Good team player, well-organised, reliable, dynamic and flexible

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree in computer science/information technology and or related discipline
• Microsoft certification
