Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for all Quantity Surveying matters
- Take a lead role in commercial matters
- Provide commercial advice and support when needed
- Oversea operational and management issues within the business unit
- Manage E&M/Maintenance contracts
- Supervise and manage junior staff at project level
- Prepare relevant reports and presentations for senior Directors
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or above with a contracting organisation
- Experience managing E&M projects and Maintenance contracts
- Ability to manage staff and multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Chartered status such as MRICS/MHKIS is preferred
