Maxim Recruitment Upgrades its UK Office

As a UK based member of the Maxim Recruitment team I'm delighted to announce the company's recent relocation to their new offices situated at Pera Business Park in Melton Mowbray Leicestershire.

The continued success of the UK Office has lead to us having to move to larger premises to adequately cope with the growth the business has seen over the last year, as well as plan for the continued growth expected in the next few years.

The UK is where Maxim Recruitment first began and although we now have long established offices in Hong Kong and in the Middle East, we remain committed to having UK based staff and serving fully the indigenous UK construction market.

The Leicestershire based office currently houses a team of expert recruiters successfully finding work for construction professionals in roles such as Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Claims and Engineering. They have professional recruiters dealing with such vacancies in the UK, as well as covering the Middle East and other parts of the International construction market.

As a Maxim employee of over 6.5 years, I will be managing the office, whilst the business as a whole will continue to be directed by Steve Thomas and Richard Poulter who are based in Hong Kong.

The new office is part of a very modern business park which offers an extremely professional working environment as well as some useful facilities that Maxim will be making the most of. These include an onsite gym, a conference hall and various meeting rooms with the latest technology. Time will tell how much the gym gets used, but everyone here agrees it's a nice idea!....

The upgrade signifies another big step in Maxim's success story. It will allow the UK business to grow at the pace required to maximise potential in a rapidly improving market, whilst also allowing us to help a higher volume of candidates find their perfect job in the UK or overseas construction sector.

The UK Maxim team are buoyant about their new surroundings and welcome enquiries from employers and job seekers in the construction sector worldwide. We are also actively recruiting for Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers.
