To play a part as a Program Controls Manager in the large scale redevelopment and construction growth of Toronto Pearson Airport, in Toronto, Canada

Responsibilities and Duties

The appointed Program Controls Manager at Toronto Pearson Airport will be required to:

• Support and contribute to the commercial strategy for management of the Capital Investment Program within Airport Development and Construction
• Support the delivery of commercial aspects of the Capital Investment Program including cash flow and application for payment process, invoicing and accruals processes
• Support, manage and monitor the PIERS reporting process
• Manage and monitor the delivery of commercial reporting in accordance with project reporting requirements and relay key outputs to the Airport Development and Construction management team

The role will also afford the opportunity to get involved in the following activities while supporting the Project Managers in fulfilling their commercial responsibilities;

• Governance & Assurance
• Procurement
• Supply Chain Management
• Contract and Commercial Strategy
• Cost Control
• Contract Administration
• Stakeholder Management

Desired Skills and Experience

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience
• A working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Primavera

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• A recognized relevant university degree or diploma is preferred
