Project Details

You will stationed in the client's project site office in Macau for the next 3 years.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Represent the client to procure contracts for delivery of major Alterations and Additions on a prestigious resort development in Macau
• Manage on behalf of the client, Safety, quality and program.
• Lead and drive the contractor, subcontractors and consultants to deliver the project, safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Manage the internal and external stakeholders to the project 
• Manage a demanding client 

Desired Skills and Experience

• Eligible to work in Macau
• Experience in fast-track projects within Macau
• Previous experience in client or consultancy project management is preferred.
• 12 years’ + experience in construction and or A&A works
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Programme and Cost Management experience essential
• Detailed understanding of Macau codes, best practices, and respective building code guideline
• Stakeholder Management
• Logistical Management
• Risk Management and Mitigation
• Management of project implementation plans
• A thorough understanding of technical interface for and applicable to large scale construction, Design, Programme and Budget Control.
• Liaison with an international team based across Asia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English & Cantonese.
• Availability – Immediate to One Month  

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline
