This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and committed Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction company in Hong Kong. This is a site based role and you have the opportunity to gain excellent project exposure in a variety of areas. You will be working within a team of Quantity Surveyors and will report to the Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

  •  Handle site based post contract quantity surveying duties
  •  Produce timely and accurate commercial reports
  •  Provide commercial advice and support to other departments
  •  Assist with any claims related issues when required
  •  Handle any other quantity surveying duties as directed by the Commercial Manager

Desired Skills and Experience

  •  The ideal candidate will have around 5 years or more experience working in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor
  •  Large scale building, E&M, fit-out, A&A or renovation project experience is an advantage
  •  Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
  •  Good working knowledge of I.T. systems

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

  •  Degree or High Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
  •  Chartered status such as MRICs is an advantaged but not essential
