An international civil engineering main contractor is seeking an ambitious and enthiuastic Quantity Surveyor to work on a large scale civil engineering project in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle re-measurement
- Assist with valuing variations
- Handle cost control and contract administration
- Assist with claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors' accounts
- Report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor on all commercial matters
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent English and excellent writing skills;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong
- Main contractor experience is preferred
- Civil engineering project experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Good I.T. skills
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree is Quantity Surveying
- Professional chartered status is an advantage but not essential
