Quantity Surveyor

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading fit out construction company in Hong Kong. You will an established commercial team to help handle prestigious fitting out projects. You will be based in head office and will be required to make regular site visits.

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Handle tender strategies, developing cost planning, and project budgeting
•  Handle pre-contract and post-contract stage of Hong Kong projects
•  Handle cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement
•  Assist with any other Quantity Surveying duties as directed by the Commercial Manager

Desired Skills and Experience

•  Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong
•  Previous fit out project experience is highly preferred
•  Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
•  Experience of working in a site based role is an advantag
•  Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
•  Professional chartered status such as MRICS is preferred but not essential
