Quantity Surveyor

A leading Hong Kong main contractor is seeking capable and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors to work on large scale Building projects. This well known main contractor has a proven history of completing large scale landmark projects and can provide excellent long term career development opportunities for successful candidates. This is a site based role reporting to the Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Prepare and monitor budgets and costing
•  Measure and value sub-contracts
•  Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities
•  Assist with budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.
•  Any other Quantity Surveying related duties when required

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong
• Main Contracting experience is preferred
• Building project experience, preferable large scale project
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Strong IT skills

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• MRICS or MHKIS professional membership is preferred
