Quantity Surveyor

A well respected international project management consultancy is urgently looking to appoint a high calibre client side multi discipline Quantity Surveyor to work in Hong Kong on a  prestigious real estate project. 

Project Details

You will be based in the client's office in Hong Kong

Responsibilities and Duties

• Pre and post contract administration including the preparation, valuation and submission of variations:
• Maintenance of all commercial matters
• Monthly preparation and submission of progress reports
• Identify and minimise risks for the company and protect the company’s interests
• Provide progress reports to senior management as requested

Desired Skills and Experience

• Min 5 years relevant experience
• Track record of working in a cost consultancy or PQS firm
• Experience in pre and post contract administration
• Multi discipline experience is much preferred
• Experience in preparation, valuation and submission of variations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Competent IT skills and industry software knowledge

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• RICS or HKIS is preferred
