A leading international contractor is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to join a large civil engineering project in Hong Kong. You will be site based and report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and gain some excellent mega scale project experience.

Project Details

• A HK$billion civil engineering project in Hong Kong

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide primary contract administration support to the commercial team
• Focus on handling subcontractor accounts
• Assist with preparation and monitoring of project cash flow forecasts
• Assist with monthly valuations and final accounts
• Assist with Measurement, valuation and negotiation of contract variation and the preparation of regular cost reports
• Report to on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience working at AQS or QS level
• Main contractor experience in Hong Kong is preferred
• Experience working on civil engineering projects is an advantage

**CANDIDTATES WITH LESS EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE OF ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR**

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Professional membership such as MRICS, MHKIS is an advantage
