Quantity Surveyor

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading fit out construction company in Macau. You will an established commercial team to help handle prestigious fitting out projects. You will be based in the site office to liaise with the site team on all commercial matters

High end fitting out project in Macau

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Handle the post-contract stage of the Macau project
•  Handle cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement
•  Assist with any other Quantity Surveying duties as directed by the Commercial Manager

Desired Skills and Experience

•  Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong or Macau
•  Previous fit out project experience is highly preferred
•  Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
•  Experience of working in a site based role is an advantage
•  Candidates with more experienec will be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

•  Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
•  Professional chartered status such as MRICS is preferred but not essential
