Large scale building and civil engineering construction projects in Hong Kong
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with pre-contract and post-contract works
- Assist with cost planning, budget cost reporting, tendering and financial reporting
- Handle progress valuations and variation claim assessments when required
- Handle various projects at the same time
- Prepare project final accounts.
- Work closely with client, consultants and designers on major build developments in Hong Kong
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in QS consultancy firm
- Solid working experience in commercial / mix-used developments
- Hong Kong based experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Good I.T. skills
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
- Professional qualifications such as MRICs is an advantage
