Responsibilities and Duties

You will support the delivery and marketing of consultancy claims management and dispute resolution advice to key clients, and manage the delivery of best in class services across a range of sectors. Typically these will be high value and complex both in the UK and Internationally.

 Responsibilities:

  • To assist provision of specialist expert advice to both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • To actively contribute to the development and delivery of a full range of claims services across full client base
  • Support development of Product innovation
  • To support office business development including the support of marketing of claims/expert services
  • To support the delivery of both team and wider business targets

 Job Duties include (not limited to):

 
  • To support provision of specialist expert advice on all alternative dispute resolution subject areas to both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • To support business development, marketing and delivering claims and expert stream services
  • Act as commission manager on selected commissions
  • Deliver commission services in line with client briefs
  • Support provision of coaching and training on specialist areas
  • Budget forecasting, income management and credit control on commissions where acting as commission manager
  • Attendance and active contribution at team meetings
 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Member or Fellow of RICS (or similar construction profession) is desired
  • Relevant construction degree or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Legal qualifications preferred, though not essential
  • Track record of work in Contract Services 
  • Memberships of recognised industry forum or business development groups is desirable
  • Experienced in providing claims management and dispute resolution services
  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Effective stakeholder management experience
  • Can do/team player behaviours
  • Ability to find work opportunities and have a 'convert' mentality
