Senior Quantity Surveyor - Building Project

Responsibilities and Duties

• Contract administration
• Subcontractor management
• Management of valuations 
• Checking measurements & re-measurements
• Issuing Interim payments certificates 
• Change schedule management / change orders
• Variations (compensation/ additional time/ additional works)
• Client liaison if necessary
• Preparation of claims as required
• Supervise junior QS staff

Desired Skills and Experience

• Hong Kong construction market experience
• Experience working as Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor
• Experience working on similar healthcare/hospital projects is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Both expatriate and local Cantonese candidates will be considered for this role

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Chartered Membership such as MHKIS or MRICS
