Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities and Duties

This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for you own £multi-million projects, reporting into an Associate Director. You will be responsible for a range of pre and post contract duties.

Duties will include (not limited to):

• Creating cost estimates and detailed cost plans
• Estimating
• Cost reporting
• Interim valuations
• Agreement of final accounts
• Value Engineering

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven Cost Management experience for a reputable consultancy
• Experience managing your own projects is essential
• Experience in the building sectors is essential
• New build or fit-out / refurbishment experience are both highly desirable

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree qualification or equivalent is desired
• Member of a relevant professional body such as the RICS is desired.
