Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued expansion an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to work for this large scale construction company. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a renowned Hong Kong main contractor.

Project Details

HK$billion civil engineering and MTR projects in Hong Kong

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure correspondence and records in connection with contract receipts and payments;
• Liaise with other departments in respect of the progress and contracts
•  Measure work done of sub-contractors
•  Prepare cost / valuation comparisons
•  Contract administration
•  Ensure timely and accurate reports for senior management
•  Assist with any claims related work if required

Desired Skills and Experience

• Track record working in Hong Kong as a Quantity Surveyor with main contractors
•  Experience with large scale civil engineering and MTR projects is an advantage
•  Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
•  Strong I.T. skills

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Professional membership such as MRICS is an advantage
