Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities and Duties

Your duties will encompass the full range of the Professional Quantity Surveyor function including being responsible for:

• Cost Plans/ Estimates
• Tender enquiry documents
• Bills of Quantity
• Take offs
• Feasibility reports
• Contractor liaison management
• Valuations
• Cost/Value reconciliations

Desired Skills and Experience

• Quantity Surveyors with particular experience in managing fast track retail projects or specifically distribution warehouses would be an advantage. However all project experience of a reputable size will be considered
• Membership to a professional body such as the RICS or similar equivalent would be an advantage but not essential
• Some exposure to M&E packages would also be an advantage due to many of the projects including large refrigerated sections

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• A degree or similar equivalent in Quantity surveyor or other relevant subject is required
