Responsibilities and Duties

•  Take a lead role in supervising the Quantity Surveying team
•  Handle project administration, cost control, budgeting and preparation of sub-contract documents
•  Assist in handling any contractual claims when required
•  Handle payment applications
• Source material cost information
•  Liaise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
•  Provide commercial and contractual advice to other departments

Desired Skills and Experience

•  Previous experience working at Senior Quantity Surveyor level or above in Hong Kong
•  Contracting experience is preferred
•  Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
•  Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

•  Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or similar discipline
•  Chartered status such as MRICS or similar professional membership is an advantage
