The successful Project Manager will work on purpose-built rental residential developments in Toronto.

Responsibilities and Duties
The Project Manager will play a key role working as part of the project management team to manage the successful delivery of high-density build-to-rent residential schemes projects from inception through to completion.
- Manage purpose-built rental residential projects through all project lifecycle stages
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risks
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Support procurement and contract administration processes
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide regular project updates
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in resolving construction and design-related issues
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal Project Manager will demonstrate a well-rounded background in construction project delivery and a collaborative, proactive approach.
- Experience as a Project Manager within the construction or property development sector
- Experience working on residential projects, ideally purpose-built rental developments in Toronto but training can be given for experience not gained in Toronto
- Some site-based experience early in career is preferred
- Experience working for an integrated developer or a construction management company is advantageous
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or similar
- Professional memberships (e.g. PMP, MRICS or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential
