A growing cost management consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Central London.

This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential and commercial sectors, delivering high-quality cost management services to respected clients.

Project Details

The successful candidate will support the delivery of multiple high-value residential and commercial developments in this exciting quantity surveyor job.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preparing cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates
  • Assisting in procurement, tendering, and contract administration
  • Managing valuations, variations, and progress reports
  • Supporting pre- and post-contract cost management processes
  • Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Assisting in risk management and value engineering reviews

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a cost consultancy or construction environment
  • Experience on both commercial and residential projects preferred
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of procurement and contract procedures
  • Motivated and professional attitude with ambition to progress

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field
  • Working towards MRICS accreditation preferred
