Project Details

You will be site based working on our client’s civil/building projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors
• Re-measurement
• Variations
• Contract administration
• Cost control
• Claims
• Managing sub-contractors

Desired Skills and Experience

• 12 years' + relevant experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Fluent English and excellent writing skills.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Chartership preferred
