Deputy General Manager - Building

A leading international contractor is hiring a Deputy General Manager. The opportunity provides the chance to work for one of Hong Kong's premier contractors with a list of prestigious projects awaiting.

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Responsible for leading the company's daily operations as well as strategic planning
•  Manage and work closely with a team of project managers to ensure on-time and on-budget project deliveries
•  Communicate with the operations level to effectively translate the vision of the company
•  Explore new business opportunties both locally and regionally

Desired Skills and Experience

•  Minimum 10 years in senior management role
•  Has experience overseeing a project from commencement to completion
•  Has experience in contract administration
•  Has proven track record of sound and effective management
•  Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
•  Good spoken and written English and Chinese
•  Proactive and self-driven
•  Solid site experience is preferred

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

•  Degree in Construction / Civil / Structural Engineering or above
•  Membership of a professional body such as the HKICE or HKIE
