A dynamic international specialist contractor is currently looking for a seasoned Office Manager/ Executive Assistant to be based in Dubai to work with Board Members and lead Admin & HR function.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide full range of secretarial and administrative assistances to Director, manage daily schedules, business appointments and travel itineraries
- Design and implement, establish standards and procedures on office operations and human resources
- Handle and maintain classified and sensitive information
- Coordinate meetings, taking notes, prepare agenda and minutes
- Draft correspondences, emails, memos, letters, presentation materials and reports.
- Assisting to liaise and coordinate with bankers, lawyers, business partners, and with overseas affiliates
- Support office administrative work as necessary
- Perform ad-hoc duties
Desired Skills and Experience
- Over 5 years' relevant all-round administration experience
- Degree holder or with formal secretarial training;
- Office setup experience is a must

- Excellent English is a must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on and committed to deliver quality service
- Organized, able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet tight schedules / deadlines
