Project Manager -Building Maintenance

An international construction, engineering & property development business is seeking to appoint a high calibre Project Manager with experience of building maintenance.

Project Details

We have been retained by Chun Wo Development Holdings, an established and successful construction, engineering and property development business operating in Hong Kong and throughout Asia, to appoint high calibre individuals to join and be pivotal players in the growth and on-going success of their build division. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Managing and leading the project team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the required quality standard
Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan and managing project deliverables in line with the plan.
Monitoring project progress and performance
Recruiting project staff and consultants & building & maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.
Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary to leadership team
Managing the co-ordination of internal & external stakeholders.
Regular progress reporting

Desired Skills and Experience

All rounded exposure in building projects;
Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience preferably gained from a main contractor in Building Construction Field, at least 3 years' of which should be in local building or maintenance organization in the capacity of site management;
Sound management and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

Degree in Building / Civil / Structure or related disciplines;
Member of HKIE / MICE / IStructE / CIOB
