Project Details

You will be based in client's HQ in CBD Sydney and work on a number of high profile build projects across the region. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparing and presenting tender submissions and client presentations
• Confronting issues openly and quickly
• Tactfully communicating information
• Delivering informative and well-organised presentations
• Raising our visibility through involvement in local industry organisations
• Ensuring compliance with QSE manual
• Leading business development initiatives for market sectors
• Providing clients with proactive, timely and quality services
• Providing added value services with solution driven service
• Exceeding client expectations at all times
• Provide accurate and timely cost planning advice
• Provide cost and commercial advice at all stages of the project development process and property life-cycle.
• Provide reliable cost, value and risk advice

Desired Skills and Experience

• 10 years plus of working experience
• Extensive knowledge of quantity surveying markets in NSW or VIC
• Proficient in CostX, BIM, MS Office
• Industry-specific training in contracts and procurements
• Well-developed IT skills and high levels of numeracy and literacy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional attitude to work, business and appearance
• Strong experience in cost planning and working in a cost consultancy
