Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will be Head Office Based and report into Directors of the business. You will manage the claims function for all Abu Dhabi projects within the business and need to be experienced in writing claims.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of working in a claims related role on a major development or in head office role overseeing multiple projects is essential
- Demonstrable experience of writing claims is essential
- A bias towards working in claims specific roles for a main contractor is desired. Some experience for a consultancy is also desirable.
- Previous Middle Eastern experience is desired
- A degree or similar equivalent qualification is desired
- Membership to a professional body such as the RICS or CIArb is strongly preferred
