Construction Manager - Building, Architectural, Structural

Project Details

We have been retained by Chun Wo Development Holdings, an established and successful construction, engineering and property development business operating in Hong Kong and throughout Asia, to appoint high calibre individuals to join and be pivotal players in the growth and on-going success of their buildings division. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for all on site activities
To assist with the planning and early stage pre-site commencement works
Once on site to manage a section of works handling logistics, site programme, managing site agents & foremen & ensuring satisfactory project progress.
Ensure the availability of all resources including labour, plant & equipment.
Recruiting site staff & building & maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.
Maintain meticulous site records particularly related to changes in scope, instructions and delays.
Ensure the efficient implementation of the Project Safety Plan, Project Quality Plan, and Project Environmental Plan.

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 15 years on-site experience in construction contracts, among which at least 5 years should be in building works;
At least 5 years on-site experience gained as a Construction Manager or above in building works contract(s), each with awarded contract sum of HK$500 million or more;
Sound management and interpersonal skills

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

Degree holder in Architecture / Structural / Civil Engineering disciplines or equivalent in appropriate discipline
