Our client, a fast-growing public transport network in Hong Kong, is looking for an experienced Corporate Quality Manager to work in their HQ. Project Details

You’ll be based in our client’s Hong Kong HQ.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain an effective, efficient, risk-based Quality Assurance (QA) Programme for Corporate Quality and Compliance (CQ&C) second line of defence (2LoD) activities which is supported by performance metrics and results in minimizing risk and maximizing value in our client’s operations and project delivery
  • Prepare and maintain the coordinated Assurance Schedule of Assurance activities (audits, assurance reviews, etc.), for 2LoD, in accordance with the policy promulgated in the Corporate Quality and Assurance Manual using the Integrated Assurance Management System
  • Maintain and update the Audit and Assurance Review checklists for 2LoD and use as a comprehensive standard that reflects relevant legal and business operating requirements
  • Responsible for maintaining the Auditor Qualification framework and database, CQ&C suite of documentation and corporate intranet site
  • Provide recommendations for waste removal and continuous improvement using Lean and Quality methodologies
  • Organize and coordinate external and internal audit training courses inclusive of selection, procurement, planning and logistics
  • Provide advice and improvement actions to internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of corporate governance in QA
  • Support the promotional programmes to nurture a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level.
  • Solid experience in Risk and Opportunity management frameworks, processes, and techniques with strong knowledge of internal controls and business assurance systems
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and report writing skills with strong command of spoken and written English
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

  • Degree in a related / technical discipline
  • Quality and Auditing professional qualification from an internationally recognized institution is required
