Summary of Interior Design Job Vacancy - Quarry Bay (Hong Kong)

An experienced Interior Designer is required by a leading international Architectural and Engineering company to join their designing team. The successful applicant would be designing various globally recognised businesses’ corporate offices.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide support to the lead designer in interpreting/developing concepts in order to meet the client brief and budget 
• Collaborate with project teams to discuss/understand project requirements and ideas 
• Translate initial concepts (with direction) into detailed SketchUp models 
• Manage drawing documentation 
• Prepare (with direction) proposed colour schemes and ideas 
• Source and specify fittings, furniture, fabrics and finishes 
• Undertake site and furniture surveys

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production 
• Good client management skills 
• Experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching 
• Furniture and materials awareness 
• PC and design software skills 
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Interior Design
