One of the world’s leading physical assets management and construction consultancies is looking for an IT infrastructure analyst for our Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will provide second-line support to internal staff and will be responsible for the management and maintenance of servers, network equipment and cloud services for the Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific region.
Responsibilities and Duties
As the IT Support Analyst based in Hong Kong and covering the Asia Pacific region, you will be expected to
- Provide second-line support for internal staff
- Be responsible for the management and maintenance of servers, network equipment and cloud services
- Perform daily system administration including system monitoring, server back-up and recovery, and server health check-up
Perform and ad-hoc assignments as required
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least five years of experience in providing IT Support Analyst duties
- Hands-on experience of using Microsoft 365 to a high standard
- Hands-on experience in router, switch, firewall, WLAN, and security equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work alone and proactively
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree in computer science or related discipline
